Product Returns – Changes

For any request for return or change of products you should first contact our online store via our email address or by phone at 2333023629. Returns or product changes can be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt. In this case you are charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products are in excellent condition, in their original packaging and unused. Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of Retail Receipt or Invoice.

Upon return of the products, credit can be granted to your account for future purchases from our online store that can be used within 6 months. It should be noted that the Company does not make returns on products of desired dimensions, such as corridors, floor mats and carpets.

To change any non-defective product, the product must be sent with a copy of Retail Receipt or Invoice, stating the reason for changing the product. Along with the return of the product, you can place a new order for its replacement, pointing out in the comments that it is a change, while also indicating the number of the relevant receipt / invoice you received during delivery. Shipping of the changed product can only start after receiving the originally returned product.

The customer has the option to cancel until the shipping process begins. The customer is responsible for any damage that may be caused to the Company by the cancellation of each order.
