The website ehomecreations.gr is an online store for the exhibition / sale of products and is the online presence of the Home Creations store – Bougatsia Evangelia based in the area of Alexandria, Imathia, at 27 Meg. Alexandrou Street. Telephone: 23330 23629.
For the needs of the present the ehomecreations.gr store will henceforth be referred to as “the Company”.
Information and products provided
The Company is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information provided within its website as well as to the provision of services through its online store. The Company is not liable for any technical or typographical errors due to inadvertent registration of its electronic data.
Accept Terms of Use
Each visitor / customer upon entry and / or during the use of the services of the online store is considered to consent and unconditionally accept the following terms, which are compatible with applicable Greek law. The non-compliance of the visitor / customer of the online store with him implies the removal of any responsibility by the Company in relation to any affected natural or legal persons. The visitor / customer who visits the online store acknowledges that he has read these terms, agrees with them and is obliged to comply with them universally. Warranty Terms
The Company guarantees the excellent condition of all products, since they are thoroughly checked by our staff before sending them. In case you receive any defective product, we will take care of its immediate replacement if you contact us via the email address info@ehomecreations.gr or by phone at 23330 23629 within 14 working days of receipt. Shipping costs for its replacement are made in this case by us.
Send-Receipt of Order
Orders are shipped via general post office (for small parcels up to 80cm). While for sending larger carpets, the shipment is made through a transport company. Shipping costs are free for orders over 85 €. Delivery of orders is expected to take place within 5 working days.
For purchases under 85 € the shipping costs are 5 € including cash on delivery.

It is noted that when sending products to the consumer the risk of loss or damage of the goods is transferred to the consumer, when he or a third party that is defined by the consumer and is different from the carrier has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the consumer is responsible for the product if he delivers it to the carrier.
Product Returns – Changes
For any request for return or change of products, you must first contact our online store via our email address info@ehomecreations.gr or by phone at 23330 23629. Returns or product changes can be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt. In this case you are charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. The following information must be indicated on the package: To the online store ehomecreations.gr, Bougatsia Evangelia SA, 27 Meg. Alexandrou Street, 59300, Alexandria, Imathia.
Returns are only accepted if the products are in excellent condition, in their original packaging and unused. Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of Retail Receipt or Invoice.
Upon return of the products, credit can be granted to your account for future purchases from our online store that can be used within 6 months. It should be noted that the Company does not make returns on products of desired dimensions, such as corridors, floor mats and carpets.
To change any non-defective product, the product must be sent with a copy of Retail Receipt or Invoice, stating the reason for changing the product. Along with the return of the product, you can place a new order for its replacement, pointing out in the comments that it is a change, while also indicating the number of the relevant receipt / invoice you received during delivery. Shipping of the changed product can only start after receiving the originally returned product.
Order cancellation
For any partial or total cancellation of your order you have the opportunity to contact our online store by sending a relevant email to info@ehomecreations.gr or by phone at 23330 23629.
The customer has the option to cancel until the shipping process begins. The customer is responsible for any damage that may be caused to the Company by the cancellation of each order.
Limitation of Liability
The Company does not bear any responsibility for any claims of legal or civil or even criminal nature. The Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the execution or not of the order, as well as for any other damages that may arise from technical issues, errors, data loss and any other nature. It also reserves the right to time the delivery of products in special cases (force majeure) as well as the availability of products in its online store, but in any case guarantees timely information to consumers about their unavailability.
Intellectual Property Rights
All material presented on the website ehomecreations.gr is the exclusive intellectual property of the company and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law, as well as international conventions. In any case it is forbidden to use the material in any way, including graphics, text, image signals and products of the page.
